The Articulation Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of articulation which includes the promotion of successful transfer of accepted students; to broaden and expand the articulation process by analyzing articulation for business process improvement; utilize systems to the full capacity and where appropriate introduce new technology to improve the customer service experience.  Additional responsibilities include: degree audits, undergraduate and graduate records functions, commencement preparation, customer service, supervisory responsibilities, strategic planning.

Education and experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience in a professional office setting.

Supervises the annual budgeting cycle and the day-to-day finances, and reviews financial reports for the College of Health & Human Services (CHHS). Coordinates data input for CHHS curriculum, bulletin revisions & updates for bulletin copy. Reponsible for managing the daily business routine of the CHHS Dean's office. Any other duties as assigned by the Dean.

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Management or Accounting, Master’s degree preferred, or has a minimum of five years related experience and/or training.

A Postdoctoral position is available at 51吃瓜网 University to do research in space physics.  Projects include wide-ranging phenomena at the Sun and planetary magnetospheres and ionospheres, including KH instabilities, solar wind-magnetosphere coupling, magnetosphere-ionosphere coupling, ionospheric scintillations, solar cycle and flare dynamics, plasma transport and circulation in the magnetospheres of the Earth, Jupiter, and Saturn.  Our research is characterized by a strong integration of theory, modeling, and observations. 

PhD in Physics or Engineering or related field

This position is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of Plant Service by managing the trades foremen and work assigned to those areas. It also includes being able to perform trade-based work either independently or alongside other tradespersons. Also responsible to serve in a rotating on-call capacity for facility emergencies including overnight, Sabbath, and holidays.

They serve as second in the Plant Services chain of command following the Director of Facilities.

This position requires the ability to lead a team of diverse work and experiences and the skills and/or experience to perform trade-based work similar to that of a general contractor. They must think critically, analyze, and respond effectively to complex situations. This requires excellent customer service skills and experience reading prints, work orders, budgets, or other construction related documentation.  

Previous experience in facility or shop/trade management preferred.

The Director for Student Financial Services is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for all functions within the Student Financial Services department. This includes oversight of student accounts, financial aid processing and compliance, budgeting, collections, reporting, and student registration clearance processes.

The Director ensures that the department operates efficiently, maintains compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations, and provides high-quality service to students and families. Also leads a team of professional and student staff, fosters a culture of accountability and service excellence, and serves as the primary liaison for institutional financial aid matters.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5–10 years of progressively responsible experience in student financial services, financial aid administration, or related higher education finance roles.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

The Director of Institutional Research serves as the university’s subject matter expert in institutional data, reporting, and analytics; providing strategic leadership in the collection, analysis, interpretation, and dissemination of institutional data to support planning, decision-making, accreditation, and continuous improvement. This role ensures data integrity and promotes a culture of data-informed decision-making aligned with the university’s mission and values.

Master’s degree in Institutional Research, Higher Education Administration, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field (Doctorate preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in institutional research or a related field in higher education.
