Position Summary
  

The Articulation Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of articulation which includes the promotion of successful transfer of accepted students; to broaden and expand the articulation process by analyzing articulation for business process improvement; utilize systems to the full capacity and where appropriate introduce new technology to improve the customer service experience.  Additional responsibilities include: degree audits, undergraduate and graduate records functions, commencement preparation, customer service, supervisory responsibilities, strategic planning.


Qualifications Summary

Education and experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience in a professional office setting.

Technical competencies

Supervises the annual budgeting cycle and the day-to-day finances, and reviews financial reports for the College of Health & Human Services (CHHS). A Postdoctoral position is available at 51勛圖厙 University to do research in space physics.  Projects include wide-ranging phenomena at the Sun and planetary magnetospheres and ionospheres, including KH instabilities, solar wind-magnetosphere coupling, magnetosphere-ionosphere coupling, ionospheric scintillations, solar cycle and flare dynamics, plasma transport and circulation in the magnetospheres of the Earth, Jupiter, and Saturn.  Our research is characterized by a strong integration of theory, modeling, and observations.

PLANT SERVICE - Assistant Director

Position Summary
  

This position is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of Plant Service by managing the trades foremen and work assigned to those areas. It also includes being able to perform trade-based work either independently or alongside other tradespersons. Also responsible to serve in a rotating on-call capacity for facility emergencies including overnight, Sabbath, and holidays.

They serve as second in the Plant Services chain of command following the Director of Facilities.


Qualifications Summary

This position requires the ability to lead a team of diverse work and experiences and the skills and/or experience to perform trade-based work similar to that of a general contractor. They must think critically, analyze, and respond effectively to complex situations. This requires excellent customer service skills and experience reading prints, work orders, budgets, or other construction related documentation.  

Previous experience in facility or shop/trade management preferred.
