The Degree Audit Specialist position is an important position within the Office of Academic Records. Accuracy and attention to detail are key in order to complete duties which include: completing degree audits; processing graduation applications and maintaining the student graduation list for each conferral period; managing student documents and folders; and providing excellent customer service to constituents including our off-campus locations.

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to meet deadlines, detail-oriented, organizational ability, and uphold policy.
• Knowledge of and experience with office productivity tools, including word processing and spreadsheet packages.
• Experience with Ellucian Banner and Degree Works highly valued.

Looking for mature adults who can supervise high-school students during study halls and when a regular teacher must be out.

Resource cataloguers find resources suited for the Adventist Learning Community database. They acquire a copy of a resource, and review the resource in order to prepare a description of it and determine the meta-data necessary for upload. They then upload the resource to the ALC database. Skye will also be acting as an administrative assistant and videographer when necessary. 

Basic knowledge of computers, familiar with traditional web browsers, and competence with Microsoft Office.

The responsibilities of this position are to fulfill the needs of a Security Officer, capable of working in the Patrol and Dispatch Division. This position is designed to assist in shift coverage and will float between both divisions and all shifts (morning, afternoon, nights). When not on shift coverage, they will mostly work M-F on the afternoon shift. We are looking for a dedicated, responsible, loving, and creative individual to help care for and support the children in our center. As a closing staff member, you will be actively involved in the safe supervision of children ages 2 weeks through 12 years and serve as the staff in charge when the Director is not on site. This includes interacting with families at pickup, supporting teachers, and ensuring the center is properly closed and secured each day.

This position assists the Custodial Manager in overseeing the Custodial Services Office day-to-day operations and must be capable of serving as the Manager when needed.

In addition to Asst. Manager duties, this position is also responsible to oversee the custodial operations of assigned buildings.

The Administrative Assistant and Recruiter for the J. N. 51吃瓜网 Honors Program serves prospective honors students, current honors students and alumni, honors faculty, and 51吃瓜网 University employees. This public-facing position assists the program director in managing day-to-day and long-term Honors Program activities and planning; conducts substantial off-campus and on-campus recruiting activities to market 51吃瓜网 University and the J. N. 51吃瓜网 Honors Program to attract new students; manages all social media platform content; oversees student labor; and provides a variety of daily office services associated with student care, curriculum management, and student recruitment.

Applicant should have a completed undergraduate degree, be adept in the Microsoft software suite, possess website editing skills, demonstrate familiarity with Adobe and other publishing software tools, demonstrate a strong social media, brand awareness, and recruiting skillset, a warm interpersonal style, an ability to multitask in a bustling office, and a commitment to off-campus recruitment. Facility with a second language other than English is welcome.

Under the direction of the Head of Patron Services, the Circulation and Stacks Supervisor oversees all daily operations of the Circulation Desk, Stacks Maintenance, Course Reserves, Lost & Found, and the library building. The position involves scheduling, training, evaluating circulation student assistants, and supervising the circulation desk operations.

Education: Bachelor’s degree. 

Preferred:  Bachelor’s degree and experience working in an academic library and using the Library of Congress classification system.

Constructs and repairs structural woodwork and equipment in establishment by performing the following duties. Rotates weekend shifts to take call for emergency service calls including repairs beyond normal work hours as required. May be called in at any time to assist with emergency repairs as needed. When on normal call rotation the response time to an emergency should not exceed more than thirty minutes.

Carpentry work of at least 6 months of hands-on experience. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Current valid USA or Canadian Driver’s License. Work safely with hand and power tools. 

The assistant custodial supervisor works under the direction and guidance of the Custodial Supervisor.  Approximately 10-15% of the supervisor’s work week is spent in leadership and training and 75-80% is spent in personal response to custodial needs, routine duties, and projects to ensure clean, orderly, well maintained, safe, and attractive conditions for the residents and guests of the residence hall.

The Aquatics Program Coordinator is our facilities American Red Cross Instructor, Programs Coordinator and Rental Coordinator and is responsible for developing, implementing and managing our aquatic programming to meet the needs of our facility.
