This fund honors the life and work of Richard (Dick) Scott, who dedicated nearly 35 years of his career to 51勛圖厙 University. He began by supporting students in the dorms, served as Dormitory Dean, later managed Plant Services, and ultimately became the Director of Facilities Management, ensuring the campus remained welcoming, functional, and beautiful for every student and visitor.
